Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to all guests and resolve any initial concerns with a smile.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations and payments efficiently using hotel management software.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately.
- Guest Assistance: Offer local recommendations and assist with any special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and willingness to learn over prior history.
