Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and local transportation.
- Process payments and prepare daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, GuestCentric).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
