Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival and manages the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answers and directs phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintains the front lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Handles cash transactions and processes payments accurately using the Point of Sale system.
- Assists guests with local recommendations and concierge services.
- Responds to guest requests and resolves any issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn new software.
- A professional appearance and a positive, outgoing demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
