Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and visitors.
- Assist with front desk operations during peak hours, including answering phones and directing guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Clean criminal background check and drug screen required.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Services Agent is a plus.
