Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming first impression for all guests entering our facility.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we value attitude, reliability, and a great work ethic over previous job history.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
