Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions and problem-solving
- Assist with valet services, concierge duties, and local area recommendations
- Participate in daily team briefings and maintain organized front desk operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
