Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying information and processing payments accurately.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area and public spaces.
- Phone Operations: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Event Support: Assist with the coordination and setup of hotel events and special functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality with a strong desire to serve others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
