Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using OPERA PMS
- Handle reservation modifications and room block allocations
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend/holiday shifts
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
