Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, requests, and inquiries.
- Room Maintenance: Monitor guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Upselling: Assist in promoting hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a degree in Hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and move around the property comfortably.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
