Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and security teams for exceptional service
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and room availability management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in hotel/resort setting
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
