Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, screen inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, package reception, and basic data entry tasks.
- Reception Duties: Manage the check-in and check-out process for visitors, including issuing visitor badges.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, waiting lounge, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up meeting rooms and providing refreshments for client meetings as needed.
- General Support: Perform other front office duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are happy to train the right candidate!
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming telephone manner.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, including typing and navigating Microsoft Office software.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance and a high level of reliability.
