Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to all guests and resolve inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Process check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
