Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas during the night shift.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are restocked and organized.
- Perform security checks of the property and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including wake-up calls and room service assistance.
- Follow all safety protocols and hotel brand standards strictly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
