In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to from the moment they arrive. We are looking for a dedicated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS), ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with a focus on responsiveness and courtesy.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and balance daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a hospitality or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software.
- A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
