Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing processes accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel amenities
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized service
- Process payments and financial transactions securely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
