Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 team members across departments
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve service escalations
- Monitor inventory and operational standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Implement safety protocols during peak seasons
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS systems
- Valid Florida Food Handler certification
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
