Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and registration processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or guest services is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (PMS) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
