Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Process guest payments accurately and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local amenities, directions, and services with a proactive approach.
- Monitor building security systems and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet high standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
