Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS
- Manage reservation inquiries and optimize room occupancy rates
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Phoenix attractions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for airport transfers)
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix tourism landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent required
