Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including room inspections and replenishing amenities as needed.
- Operate hotel management software to manage reservations, guest profiles, and billing.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and security standards at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
