Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS system
- Manage reservations and room inventory
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and services
- Maintain accurate guest records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Louisville attractions
- Valid driver's license (for airport runs)
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
