Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and emergencies
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Tampa area attractions and services
