Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly to assist with reservations and general inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and honesty.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office).
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
