As the Hotel Manager, you will be the face of our property, responsible for driving revenue, leading a talented team, and ensuring every stay is unforgettable. You will have the opportunity to shape the culture of our hotel and work alongside a dedicated staff committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and marketing plans to maximize profitability and revenue.
- Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by personally handling VIP inquiries, resolving complex issues, and implementing service recovery strategies.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive, high-energy work environment and reduce turnover.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably within a luxury or upscale setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership: Strong proven track record of managing P&L statements, budgeting processes, and driving operational efficiency.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
