Responsibilities
- Manage overnight front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts, payment transactions, and revenue reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent guest requests
- Maintain accurate logs of security incidents and emergency procedures
- Handle cash management and safe deposit procedures
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
