Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out services for all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments accurately using the property management system (PMS).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
