Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the lobby area, reception desk, and public spaces to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing daily reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Shift Work).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
