Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and manage room keys and security access.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
