Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including handling payments and processing reservations accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence with a professional and polite tone.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests to enhance their experience.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Duties: Perform light data entry, filing, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are in top condition.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior front desk experience is necessary; we are looking for candidates eager to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or POS systems are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus.
