Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly to address inquiries, reservations, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and change orders with 100% accuracy.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
