Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using hotel PMS software.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with the highest level of professionalism.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Process payments and resolve billing issues courteously and efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with concierge services and local DC recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a warm, welcoming attitude.
