Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain secure financial records
- Provide local recommendations and information to enhance guest stays
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby area at all times
Qualifications
