Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle high-volume phone inquiries and in-person requests with exceptional professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and troubleshoot billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge teams to ensure flawless service delivery
- Upsell premium rooms, dining packages, and local experiences to maximize revenue
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish fluency highly desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak weekend periods
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Miami tourism attractions and transportation
