Responsibilities
- Execute a flawless check-in and check-out process, ensuring all guest data is accurately entered into our property management system.
- Manage high volumes of incoming phone calls and emails with a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain the lobby and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, concierge, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a significant plus.
- Must present a professional appearance and possess a positive, energetic demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
