Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes, reservation management, and answering inquiries
- Process payments, manage room assignments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Utilize hotel management software (training provided) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Assist with basic concierge services and local recommendations
- Collaborate with security team for guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train motivated newcomers!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun)
