- Communication: Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a friendly demeanor, transferring messages accurately and efficiently.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Assist guests with the registration process, including verifying information and processing payments using our property management system.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior front desk or hospitality experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude is a must.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
