Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Upsell resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment and ensure brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish fluency highly preferred for our diverse clientele
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction metrics
