Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring accuracy in all reservations and accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, responding to requests, and resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Manage phone calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing messages as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest history records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
