Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) for daily operations
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license (for property shuttle duties if applicable)
