Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/reception experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Basic foreign language skills (Spanish preferred)
