Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations and modify bookings using PMS systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and special promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
