Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services using industry-leading PMS systems
- Manage reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing processes with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records daily
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if required for property duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
