Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare management reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Operate hotel management systems and POS technology efficiently
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs between 11 PM and 7 AM
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Exceptional customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during unsupervised hours
- Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for multi-location roles in GA)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification a plus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
