Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing all necessary paperwork and payment processing.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as required during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software (e.g., Opera, Front Desk).
