- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
