Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions according to company policy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Assist in promotional activities and upselling hotel amenities to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency with computers and booking software (e.g., Opera, Micros, or similar PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
