Your Mission: You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to from the moment they arrive until they check out.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payment details are completed accurately.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications

  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure during peak check-in times.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
