Your Mission: You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to from the moment they arrive until they check out.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payment details are completed accurately.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling cash, processing payments, and maintaining accurate daily shift reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are pristine.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet coordination to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times while multitasking during peak check-in times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure during peak check-in times.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
