Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using our reservation system
- Manage room assignments and inventory with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly

Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
