Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of excellence.
- Restock amenities, linens, and toiletries in guest suites and bathrooms.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness discrepancies and report them immediately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the housekeeping department and with other departments.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
