Responsibilities
- Efficiently process guest check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments while optimizing occupancy rates
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Process payments, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform concierge duties including local recommendations and transportation arrangements
- Monitor security procedures and ensure guest safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized front desk area and update daily reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail with cash handling and reservation management
